For a foreigner to act as the local director, we can apply for his/her employment pass (either before or after the company's incorporation).

1. If you intend to act as the local director, we will apply for an approval in principal employment pass) and once it's approved (normally within 2 to 3 months), we will proceed to incorporate the company.
2. You can also apply for the Employment Pass after the Company is incorporated. This is provided that you have at least a local person to act as director for the incorporation. If not, we provide the service of nominee director (please refer to our section of "Nominee Director" for further information).
3. Documents and information required for the applications as listed below:
* Detailed Resume;
* 2 passport sized photographs;
* Details of past and current education and employment history;
* Photocopies of education certificates;
* Letters of testimonials from past and present employers;
* Membership in any association or organization;
* Business Plan for the proposed company (Please note that there is a separate charge for compiling business plan).

We will also require you as the applicant to sign the necessary application for employment pass Form 8 (under Entrepass Scheme). We can either courier the form to you or you may download it from the following website :-
